The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 10 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, fans, washing machine, TV, books and toys for children.
The villa features a private outdoor area with pool, three large gardens, open terrace, covered terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor shower.
The pool is open from June 1st to the end of October.
There are 10 parking spaces available on the property and free parking is also available on the street.
Pets are not allowed.
Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls and smart working.
The property is step-free and welcomes only guests aged 25 or older.
On request, homemade or homegrown products are available for an extra fee. Recycling rules with waste separation apply; more information is provided on site.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la villa Peditoltu. Elle est vraiment située à 10-15 min d'Olbia tout en étant très calme et à la campagne. Nous avons apprécié les grands volumes qu'elle offre et l'excellent entretien apporté au jardin et à la villa de manière générale. Les enfants ont part...
La machine à laver ne semblait pas fonctionner.
