This cosy, modernly furnished holiday apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful Chiemgau, between Lake Chiemsee and Inzell.
Thanks to its loft-like living/dining area, the spacious bathroom and the three bedrooms (with 2 king size beds and 2 single beds) - distributed over a total of 110 sqm - it can accommodate 6 people.
The apartment is located in the third floor of a former brewery house and has been extensively renovated without losing its original charm.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair.
A covered balcony with a dining area and another small terrace with a bench invite you to spend relaxing hours outside.
From the accommodation you can enjoy a unique view of an alpine pasture with cows.
Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located within 4 km (a 7-minute drive).
The lido Tüttensee is just 14 km away and can be reached within a quarter of an hour by car.
Countless leisure activities make the Chiemgau region a dream destination for families. A parking spaces is available on the property, further parking spaces can be found on the road. The visitor's tax of the municipality Siegsdorf is to be paid on site.
It amounts to 0.55 EUR per day of stay for children and young people from 6 to 14 years.
From the age of 15 years 1,10 EUR per person and day of stay are to be paid. Please note that the apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) and there is no lift. Important: A commercial renting of the apartment to companies is not desired, a touristic renting to private persons is preferred.
