Located in Cala Ratjada, the Maritim apartment sits right by the beautiful harbor and offers lovely views of the sea and mountains.
This charming property features a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber optic, stable and fast), a washing machine, satellite and cable TV, a crib, and a high chair. There is air conditioning in the living/dining room and two portable fans for your comfort.
Outside, you’ll find a private covered terrace and a barbecue.
The furnished terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast while watching the boats in the harbor.
Thanks to its excellent location in the harbor center, you can reach restaurants, bars, and cafés in under 3 minutes on foot, and the nearest supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away (200 m). The town center is within 250 m. Na Ferradura beach is a 9-minute walk (650 m); Cala Literas is about 500 m away, and Cala Gat beach is 5 minutes on foot (250 m). There’s also a playground nearby. This home is ideal for families and quiet groups.

Freundliche, herzliche Vermieterin, für eine Wohnung direkt am Hafen gelegen mit einem tollen Blick - große überdachte Terrasse. Für unseren kurzen Aufenthalt topp! Weiterempfehlung (allerdings bedenken, wenn Saison ist bzw. die Corona-Zeit vorbei ist, wird es auch lauter, da direkt in der Umgebung Bars und Restaurants liegen)
