Just five minutes from the shores of Lake Chiemsee, lovingly restored Haus Gustl welcomes you in a unique blend of tradition and modern comfort.
Built in 1861, the house invites you to relax and enjoy its tranquil atmosphere.
In summer, the scent of hay and herbs fills the air, and shady spots under the trees offer perfect places to unwind. On rainy days, you can use the in-house sauna.
The surrounding area offers a variety of water sports, as well as cycling, golf, hiking, and mountain climbing.
The well-equipped kitchen with wood stove inspires you to cook with fresh local ingredients, easily found nearby.
Alternatively, treat yourselves to regional specialties in local restaurants, or enjoy coffee and cake with your host in the garden or living room. The bathroom provides everything you need: a two-person tub with shower, towels, and shower gel.
Sleeping and living areas are upstairs.
Spend your evenings with a small record collection, chess, art supplies, or by the cozy fireplace.
Fine linen bedding ensures a restful sleep. Additional amenities include a carport, storage for bikes, free Wi-Fi, a charcoal grill, and garden loungers.

Unglaublich liebevoll eingerichtetes und geführtes Ferienhaus, in dem man zu zweit wunderbar entspannen kann, egal ob in der tollen Badewanne oder mit Holzofenwärme im Bett - dazu Oldies vom Plattenspieler. Und natürlich ist die Umgebung einfach nur traumhaft, der Chiemsee und die Chiemgauer Alpen laden zu wunderbaren Wanderungen ein.

Eine schöne Woche dort. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist allerdings keine Waschmaschine im Haus vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Diese befindet sich im Nachbarhaus.
Es war alle so, dass wir gerne wieder kommen werden.

Die Telefonverbindung ist am Chiemsee sehr schlecht.
