Outside the town of Campos, just a short drive from stunning beaches along the southern coast of Mallorca, the quiet rural home Can Guillem is situated on a 28.000 m² estate with a beautiful pool.
Built with rustic materials, the charming holiday home consists of a living/dining room with a cosy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms ) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
Your generous outdoor area features a long veranda with numerous dining tables, a grill for fresh meals, a ping pong table as well as a spacious pool surrounded by sun loungers.
A selection of supermarkets, shops and restaurants are about 7 minutes driving or 5.4 km from the property.
Golf lovers will find a great course, Son Antem, about 24 km away.
Furthermore, you can reach the golden sand and crystal clear water of beaches like Es Trenc, Ses Covetes and Sa Ràpita in about 15-20 minutes driving (about 14-16 km). Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The airport is about 35 km away. No celebrations or events are allowed in any of our houses.
During the stay, no more people than those authorized by contract and/or prior notice and authorization by the owner may come to the house. Het begon al met het goede contact met Toni. Was makkelijk benaderbaar via telefoon/app om evt. vragen te beantwoorden.
De beschrijving van het huis doet eigenlijk te kort aan de werkelijkheid. Een schóón, ruim huis met alle comfort.
Zwembad ruim voldoende, en prima ligbedden.
Weg van alle drukte en slechts op 10 min. afstand van het centrum met de auto. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
Voor zover iets niet kan bevallen; geluiden van kippen en hanen ( op nabijgelegen boerenerf) gedurende een bepaalde periode van de dagen.
Sehr entspannt.

La piscina excelente, la barbacoa bien, las habitaciones amplias, la tranquilidad de la zona.
Los electrodomésticos no funcionan demasiado bien.
