Villa Acquamarina is located in Torre Delle Stelle and boasts a stunning view of the sea and the mountains.
The spacious house, which stretches over 2 floors and was renovated in July 2019, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a washing machine, and a baby cot.
In your private outdoor area, you will find a garden with sun loungers and garden furniture, a pool, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue.
Relax on the comfortable sun loungers in the garden where you can enjoy some tranquility and the view of the glistening blue sea and the mountains.
Within a 7-minute drive you will find a selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars.
The nearest supermarket is located a 5-minute drive away (1.3 km).

Casa accogliente e arredata con gusto. A disposizione anche molti utensili come tostapane, minipimer, caffettiere sia elettriche che non. L’esterno non grandissimo ma comodo. Bellissima la piscina sempre pulitissima. Posizione comoda sia per Cagliari che per villasimius e dintorni.

We really enjoyed our two-week holiday in this spacious and newly finished semi-detached villa. Beautifully presented, smart and peaceful area, lofty position with great views and a short walk to the quiet, picturesque beach below.
