In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board.
Security guard 24 hours a day.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - Check-in from 15 p.m. - Check-out before 11 a.m. - The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. - Parties in the apartment are not allowed. - Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight. - A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out - The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day.
If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment. - If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

The is a corner apartment with beautiful view of ocean. Living room and dining room are all glass wall so you get a lot of sunshine and great view. Living and dining room are very open and spacious. Nice patio to relax.

Das Appartement bietet einen sensationellen Ausblick und hat alles was man braucht.Auch der Check in bzw. die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war super.Das Appartement hätte etwas sauberer sein können, aber es war nicht dreckig und gut bewohnbar.
