The spacious apartment “Paradise Home” is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building in Quartu Sant'Elena.
The modern property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with an induction stove, 3 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair.
The bedrooms are also equipped with electrical blinds, which can be opened and closed using a switch next to the bed. Furthermore, the apartment boasts a private balcony where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee.
Within a 10-minute walk you will find a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.
The nearest supermarket is conveniently located just a few steps from your doorstep, a less than 1-minute walk away.
The beautiful Poetto beach, which stretches for 8 km, is just 1.4 km away and can be reached in approximately 15-minutes on foot.
Here you can enjoy the Italian sun and relax on the soft, white sand.
The capital of the island Cagliari also awaits your visit just 19 minutes driving from the property (8 km). Parking spaces are available on the property and there are free, unlimited parking spaces on the street.
