The apartment “Ferienwohnung Keul” is located in Samerberg and boasts a beautiful, panoramic view of the mountains.
The hiking paradise Samerberg, a high valley region in Upper Bavaria, is a popular holiday destination and and is ideally situated between the Tyrolean Alps and Munich.
The cosy, first floor apartment is the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom (one with one single bed) and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate up to 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi. Furthermore, the property boasts a south-facing balcony where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee while you overlook the stunning mountains. 2 restaurants are located an 18 and 14-minute walk away and the nearest supermarket is a 10-minute drive from the property (8.2 km). In 6 minutes driving you will reach a bakery (5.4 km). Due to its excellent location, the accommodation is perfect for those who wish to explore the area as beautiful lakes as well as popular cities can be easily reached by car. Lake Chiemsee is approximately 20 minutes away driving, the Hochries cable car, where you can take a ride to the top of the mountain and enjoy breathtaking views, is just an 8-minute drive away (5.4 km). Ski and sport enthusiasts will enjoy the excellent location as the Ski lift Bernau-Kraimoos is 22 minutes away by car (22 km) and there is also many hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
Rosenheim is just 20 minutes away by car (20.7 km), Munich city centre is 59 minutes away by car (76.9 km), Salzburg is a 70-minute drive away (84.7 km) and Innsbruck is an 80-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property.

What a wonderful vacation home! House was beautifully decorated and very clean. We loved having the pool and hot tub on property. We had the pool heated since it was spring break and weather was still a little cool and it was perfect. We swam every day. House is within walking distance to everything, especially the beach! Host was very kind and responsive. We will definitely rent again!

Our host was wonderful. I had one problem activating the Wi-Fi. He got back to me within 10 minutes. The house was immaculate. It was everything he described and more we stayed for a month I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The house is immaculate. Very clean. Comfortable beds and couch. Very responsive owner. Surfside is a little slice of heaven.
