Nestled in the romantic beauty of the Rhine-Moselle region, just north of Koblenz, the Beletage holiday apartment awaits you in the heart of Neuwied / Heddesdorf.
The highlight is the spacious, 40 m² south-facing sun terrace with dining area, sun loungers, and gas grill.
Overlooking the surrounding gardens, it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee in the sun or an evening glass of wine.
Renovated and redesigned in 2019, the bright apartment features calming colors and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and modern flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a dryer.
You can access the sun terrace directly from the bedroom. Thanks to the excellent location, a supermarket, bakery, butcher, and bus stop are all within 280 m (about a 3-minute walk). The main shopping streets of the city center are just a 10-minute walk or 1 km away.
The Middle Rhine Valley is famous for its romantic ruins, vineyards, and beautiful nature—historic castles, wineries, and scenic hiking trails are just a few kilometers from your door. Free parking is available on the street in front of the house.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be stored in the courtyard.
As the apartment is in a quiet area, we kindly ask you to be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 p.m., especially when using the terrace.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr geräumig, und Silvia ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, sie hatte uns sogar ein Bierchen und etwas Milch für den Kaffee im Kühlschrank bereitgestellt. Silvia ist wirklich eine exzellente Gastgeberin!
