Wonderful luxury villa in a rural and peaceful setting, perfect to enjoy with all the comforts.
Set on a 21000m2 estate, this beautiful property boasts a wide range of amenities such as a refreshing swimming pool, air conditioning and WIFI, amongst others.
Situated just 3km from the charming village of Algaida, known for its restaurants serving typical Mallorcan cuisine, 20 minutes from the centre of Palma and 15 minutes from the airport and the nearest beach, it offers an ideal location. The finca boasts extensive garden areas, a beautiful forest and an orchard with fruit trees, providing a serene natural environment.
In addition, there is an outdoor barbecue area equipped with a large grill, paella pan and wood-fired oven, as well as several areas set up for comfortable outdoor dining.
The salt-treated swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. The house itself consists of a large and charming rustic industrial style kitchen, fully equipped.
There is a separate large capacity dining room and a spacious and elegant lounge with access to a beautiful glazed porch overlooking the countryside and the pool.
With a total of 6 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms, 5 complete bathrooms (two of them with luxurious freestanding bathtubs) and an outside toilet, as well as a solar shower in the pool area, this villa offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. La maison avait des très grands espaces, parfait pour être en famille sans se marcher dessus. L’hôte est extrêmement sympathique et prévenant !!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir… Merci pour ce magnifique séjour !!!

Die Villa war wirklich genau wie auf den Bildern. Sehr gross und geräumig, verschiedene Terrassen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner und grosser Pool. Gute Küchenausstattung (teilweise nicht sehr neu aber hat gereicht). Gute Lage, mit dem Auto schnell am Flughafen, Palma, Strand. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen.
In zwei Badezimmern kam in der Dusche nur kaltes Wasser. Da es jedoch genügend Badezimmer hatte, konnte man die anderen nutzen und es hat uns nicht allzu sehr gestört.
