Along the southern coast of Sardinia, in a quiet yet central location in Villasimius, the modern holiday apartment Suite Home Simius is within walking distance of the gorgeous beach and offers a terrace with beautiful sea views.
Stretching across 2 floors, the apartment is decorated in an elegant, chic style and consists of a living room with a sofa bed (for one person), a well-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and cable television.
Outside, you will find a veranda with a dining area, which overlooks colorful rooftops and the glittering sea. Here you can enjoy delicious meals in the evenings and admire the sunset over the water.
Due to the apartment’s central location, a grocery store and a nice selection of restaurants, bars and shops are located within a 400 m radius (5 minutes walking). The beloved beach Spiaggia di Simius, with its white sand and crystal clear water, furthermore awaits you just 1.4 km or a 19-minute walk away. The property has a garage available for parking.

Vom Appartement (Terrasse) sieht man schön das Meer. 20 min bis zum Strand und 5 min bis ins Stadtzentrum. Perfekte Lage um beides ohne Auto zu erreichen.
Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit 3 Klimaanlagen, 3 Fernseher, eine riesengroßen Kühlschrank und ganz viel Platz. Ideal für Familien bis zu 3 Kindern.
Wir haben uns echt total wohl gefühlt.
Die Tiefgaragenzufahrt ist etwas eng. Mit einem großen Auto sollte man sicher am Lenkrad sein.

Wir hatten wieder einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung in Villasimius. Besonders begeistert uns die große Terrasse mit einem unvergesslichen Blick über die Stadt und das Meer – einfach traumhaft, vor allem zum Frühstück oder am Abend.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Bette...
Als kleinen Nachteil empfanden wir die sehr enge Zufahrt zur Garage und die engen Wege rund um das Haus. Für geübte Fahrer ist es aber sicherlich kein Problem. Wir waren mit Q5 unterwegs.

My family and I spent 4 nights in Villasimius and the apartment was perfect for our stay. We were able to walk to town for meals and shopping, the beach is just 1 mile. The apartment is spacious and clean. Only issue was WiFi was spotty. Communication with Jennifer and Fabrizio was seamless. Would recommend to anyone.
