Far from the hustle and bustle of touristic centers, Villa Ralue is nestled in the quiet, rolling landscape of Tuineje in the southern part of Fuerteventura.
Situated on a fenced, 1000 m² property, the charming villa consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with bar stools, and a dining table, 3 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds each) as well as one bathroom and can, therefore, accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include A/C in the living room, fans, cable television, a washing machine, a baby cot, and a highchair.
On the beautiful veranda, furnished with several dining areas, begin the day with a fresh cup of coffee and a marvelous view of the mountains on the horizon.
The 17m² pool and outdoor shower are open all year round and invite you to refresh yourself on warm afternoons.
Sunbathe on the grass beside the pool and prepare a delicious meal with your loved ones on the barbecue.
A nice selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes are located in the town of Gran Tarajal, which is 9 km or a 10-minute drive from the property.
In this same town, just a 12-minute drive away (or 9.5 km away), you will find the soft, golden sand of the beach Playa Gran Tarajal, where you can relax on the shore and listen to the calming sounds of the ocean.
Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price. 1 small to medium-sized pet is allowed if requested in advance for no additional fee (cat or dog only).
If guests have 2 pets, they must ask and negotiate with the homeowner.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr ruhige Lage ohne gross Nachbarn. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Perfekt ist das "Aussenklo". Es ist ein Raum am Haus der nur von aussen eine Tür hat. Dadurch muss man vom Pool nicht durch das Haus und man hat ein zweites WC.

Me gustó todo, desde la piscina, hasta la distribución de las propiedad, la limpieza, el fácil acceso, el Chek in.
Lo único por decir algo, seria la calidad del WiFi. Pero realmente se va a desconectar de la rutina, por lo tanto no nos preocupó mucho.
