Charming rustic house in an idyllic mountain village.
Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra de Tejeda and Almijara, the small village of Río Bermuza is part of Canillas de Aceituno, just 5 km away.
This house is ideal for those seeking a peaceful holiday with the chance to enjoy excellent hikes to El Saltillo, La Maroma, and more, or scenic bike rides. The house is over 100 years old and, while fully restored, retains original features like wooden beam ceilings and uniquely sized doors—some even smaller than usual.
The thick 0.80 cm walls help keep the temperature comfortable.
There is a living room with a fireplace, a small lounge, a bathroom on the ground floor, and 2 bedrooms for up to 4 guests with double beds.
One bedroom is in a loft with a wooden staircase, and the other is on the first floor. Amenities include Wi-Fi, washing machine, television, and portable air conditioning in the living room.
In Viñuela, 5 km away, you will find a supermarket and restaurants.
Vélez Málaga, 16 km away, offers a shopping center, shops, and restaurants.

L'accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. La climatisation est vraiment utile pour les journées très chaude. Aussi ce mixte entre proximité à la mer et d'être en montagne
