Just outside the historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, the charming Apartment Sebastian enchants visitors with its marvelous location just a short walk from the glittering sand of Playa Fuente del Gallo.
Located on the ground floor, the holiday apartment with tasteful decor consists of a living/dining room with rustic wooden roof beams, an integrated, well-equipped kitchen with beautiful tiles and a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning (only in the living room), a television, a baby cot and a highchair.
Outside, you will find a spacious, open terrace, equipped with loungers for sunbathing on warm afternoons, a table and chairs for communal meals in the fresh air and an awning for some shade as your curl up and read a good book.
There is also a barbecue for your private use to prepare fresh culinary specialities with your loved ones.
The historic centre of Conil de la Frontera, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and cultural activities is just 2 km or 4-minute drive from the property.
Furthermore, one of the most famous beaches in Spain, Playa Fuente del Gallo, whose sand stretches for kilometers along the coast, is only 400 m or a 3-minute walk away! This is truly a dreamlike location for a relaxing, uncomplicated beach holiday.
Street parking is available.
Pets are allowed.
The apartment is exclusively for families and quiet groups.
No parties or noisy events are allowed.
Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest and tranquility of neighbors and pedestrians.
Therefore, noises that may cause discomfort during the night, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., are not allowed.

Lo que más me gustó de el apartamento fue el patio privado que tiene y un supermercado muy cerca, a pocos metros. La limpieza buena y aparcamiento privado. Muy cómodo.
En temporada alta mejor. En septiembre ya no dispones de muchas cosas en la playa y el precio debería haber sido un poco más reducido.

das Apartment hatte fast einen Hauscharakter, ebenerdig mit recht großer nichteinsehbarer Terrasse, gute Ausstattung, haben fast nichts vermisst, freundlicher Empfang, Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp. Am besten war die Strandnähe, in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an einem traumhaften Strand, das rechtfertigt auch den recht hohen Preis für Ende September. Kleiner Supermarkt 2 Minute zu Fuß.
Die Liegen auf der Terrasse hatten keine Auflagen und waren steinhart.
