The Finca S'Aguait is nestled in a pine forest, very close to the Majorcan port of Portocolom, on a 16,000 m² plot of land.
Across 2 floors, the finca offers an elegant living/dining room, a very well-equipped, rustic country kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds each), one fitness room, 4 bathrooms as well as a half-bath and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, a fireplace, satellite TV, ping-pong, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs.
The outside area of the rural holiday home is an ultimate dream! Here you will find several terraces, a balcony, a loggia and a huge pool area which is illuminated at night.
Refresh yourself in the pool, or enjoy delicious meals at the large table in the adjoining, semi-open pool house.
The garden, which is lined by Mediterranean plants and has a healthy lawn to lie on, also creates a unique holiday atmosphere.
Portocolom, with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, is only 4.5 km away (a 6-minute drive) and the white, sandy beach of Cala Murada is 7.2 km (a 11-minute drive) from the finca. Parking is available on the property.

Una casa genial! Muy limpia, muchos espacios, habitaciones grandes y unos baños muy completos. En la cocina había de todo, incluso algo de agua y algunas especias para cocinar. La piscina es enorme y estaba muy limpia. La zona de barbacoa es maravillosa y se puede cocinar ahí. Además Mariano es una persona muy comprensible y amistosa. Sin duda volveríamos
El piano está desafinado, pero eso nos provocó unas cuantas risas.

Das Poolhaus und der Pool sind super, gerade wenn man mit einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist, hat man genügend Plätze, um sich nicht ständig auf den Füßen zu stehen . Das Haus ist groß und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr flexibel, aber auch teilweise nicht so einfach zu erreichen.
- Hunde im Zwinger weiter hinten auf dem Grundstück
- Die Handtücher sind nicht so dolle
