Located in a residential area close to the village of Llucmajor, Finca Monserrat sits on a large plot of land with a wide range of leisure activities and fulfills every heart’s desire.
The 2-storey country house with an elegant interior offers a large living room with a dining area, a very well-equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower as well as an additional half-bath and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, cable TV, a cot, a children's bed and a high chair. Outside you will find a pool, a football pitch, a playground, a trampoline, a barbecue area and many lounges and seats on covered and uncovered terraces.
Relax on the comfortable recliners while the little guests of the house let off steam on the property or harvest together the vegetables and aromatic citrus fruits from the garden.

Das Haus war sehr modern und schön. Es war sehr sauber und weitestgehend gut ausgestattet. Die Einweisung ins Haus und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top. Der große Garten mit Pool und co geben Möglichkeiten für vieles. Absoluter Erholungsort ohne direkt Nachbarn und somit total ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Etwas anstrengend war für uns als Reisende mit Hund, dass das Grundstück sehr groß, aber nur notdürftig eingezäunt war. So konnte unser Hund nur bedient ohne Aufsicht freilaufen.
Auch das die Klimaanlagen von 19 Uhr abends bis 10 Uhr morgens aus gingen, war bei 30-35 Grad etwas schade, aber durch die Solarenergie verständlich. Für die Nacht gab es jedoch Ventilatoren.

Excellent break away with friends. Gorgeous open plan kitchen and living room. Gas BBQ on the terrace with outdoor seating options. Only issue was the air con wasn’t working and it was baking hot. The owner bought fans which did help but still really hot inside.
