The beautiful Villa Sa Rocca Manna is located in the village of Chia and is part of a complex that consists of 3 villas with private entrances and outdoor spaces.
This holiday home combines modern comfort with rustic charm and has 2 floors.
It consists of an open-plan living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of them with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms (one of them with a luxurious rain shower).
The house can therefore accommodate 9 people.
It is stylishly decorated and equipped with high-quality furniture to ensure a perfect holiday experience! Moreover, it has Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a satellite TV.
The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area with sea views and a beautifully lit pool at night.
This is surrounded by a wall to guarantee a high degree of privacy.
Enjoy delicious, freshly grilled meals, sunbathe on the comfortable lounge cushions or have a glass of wine under the starry sky.
Here you are guaranteed relaxed holiday hours and the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten! A supermarket and a small selection of restaurants are only 200 m or 3 minutes on foot from the property and the sandy beach Spiaggia di Chia Sa Colonia is 2.5 km or 6 minutes by car away.
The sandy beach of Spiaggia Su Giudeu can be reached in a 7-minute drive (4.1 km) and the centre of Pula with its wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is a 22-minute drive (19 km) away.
Parking is available on the property.
Small and medium-sized pets are allowed (upon request), BUT they CANNOT enter the house (must stay in the garden).
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). La maison avait un superbe piscine et la climatisation dans chaque pièce elle se situe dans un quartier très calme avec une vue magnifique.
Nous sommes arrivés en même temps que d'autres personnes qui résider juste à côté de nous personnes désagréable manque de respect bruit jusqu'à pas d'heure et personnes n'est intervenu nous avons subit durant 6 jours.
