With 400 m² of living space, the property combines luxury, spaciousness, and spectacular sea views from every room. The villa consists of a two-storey main house for 8 guests and a guest house for 2, available.
For groups of up to 8, the main house is offered, featuring 4 bedrooms, some with convertible sofa beds if not all travelers are couples.
There are 5 bathrooms in total, including 2 with whirlpool tubs and 2 special hydromassage showers. The spacious living rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 fully equipped kitchens create a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
Each bedroom has direct access to a balcony or terrace.
Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fireplace, security system, and TV. The exterior is a true oasis with 7 terraces, lounge areas, outdoor dining, a garden, and a pool surrounded by sun loungers, turquoise water, and an elegant waterfall.
It’s the ideal place for breakfast among palm trees, relaxing in the sun, or enjoying a drink at sunset. Shops, restaurants, and cafés are just minutes away by car, as well as beaches like Santa Eulalia, Cala Pada, and Niu Blau, only 3 km away. Parties are not allowed.

Eine wundervolle Oase perfekt um mit Freunden oder Familie zu entspannen und einfach geniessen. Die Villa liegt ausserhalb des Rummels ist sehr ruhig und hat eine atemberraubende Aussicht. Mit dem Auto oder Taxi sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind alle liebevoll gestaltet und super sauber. Einfach top.
