Welcome to Can Punyetes – a private finca for those who value peace, open space, and outdoor living.
Start your day with the sunrise over the mountains, spend hours by your private pool (7x3 m), and enjoy long meals under the pergola.
The sea is just a short drive away, and afterwards, you can return to the tranquility of your finca. This is an ideal place for couples, two pairs of friends, quiet adults, or a small family. The outdoor area is the heart of the house: a large dining table, lounge, sun loungers, hanging chairs, hammock, outdoor shower, and a built-in barbecue.
From the terrace and pool, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Serres de Llevant nature reserve. Among olive, almond, lemon, loquat, and fig trees, you’ll find lavender, rosemary, aloe vera, and other Mediterranean plants.
Depending on the season, you can pick fruit straight from the trees. Inside, Can Punyetes has a personal touch.
Antiques, natural materials, art, and unique finds give each room warmth and character.
Three individually designed bedrooms accommodate up to five guests.
The kitchen is equipped for cooking together, with spices, oil, and vinegar provided. A small regional welcome gift awaits you. You’ll also find personal tips for beaches, restaurants, and excursions. The finca is self-sufficient with energy and water.
There is no traditional air conditioning; fans are provided in the bedrooms. Two friendly house cats live outdoors and are not allowed inside.
We kindly ask you to feed them; food is provided.
For many, they become a charming part of the finca experience.
If you have severe allergies, fear, or dislike of cats, Can Punyetes may not be the right place for you.

Quiet and secluded location. But still close enough to anything you need.
The house gets very stuffy and hot during the hot days. No A/C. Just portable Van's.
More powerful Van's would have helped.

Nette Finca für Temperaturen bis max . 30 Grad, Hochsommer ohne Klima in diesem Haus eine Qual.
Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge, dafür lange Fahrt bis zur ersten richtigen Straße.
Pool angenehm wenn dieser vernünftig gesäubert werden würde.
Lage der Finca .
Hitzestau im Innenraum der über Ventilatoren nicht beseitigt werden kann.
Unsauberer Pool , Unerfahrenheit bei hohen Temperaturen - Bakterien im Pool.
Service / Umgang der Gastgeber mit uns als Gästen bei Problemen ( Pool) .
