Close to Son Serra de Marina beach and the village of Santa Margalida in eastern Mallorca, the eco-friendly country house Can Punyetes sits on a 7,500 m² plot.
It's an ideal starting point for kitesurfing, windsurfing, surfing, hiking, or cycling. The house blends rustic charm with modern comfort and, thanks to its natural surroundings, offers a peaceful and private stay.
All on one floor (110 m²), it features a cozy living-dining room with fireplace and pellet stove, high wooden ceilings, a fully equipped open kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 1 with 2 singles), and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, board games, a crib, and a high chair. Outside, you'll find a covered terrace with seating and dining area, barbecue in an outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower.
The private pool (7 x 3 m) with open views is available from May to October. The area is very quiet.
Shops, restaurants, and bars are 6 km away (10 min by car) in Santa Margalida.
Alcúdia Bay, with its long sandy beach, is 11 km (14 min) away. Parking is available on the property.
The house uses solar panels for electricity and hot water, and there are fans in all rooms, keeping it cool in summer. Important: Two well-cared-for domestic cats live on the property.
The owners require that they always stay outside; this rule is without exception.
The cats have their own space outdoors and do not enter the house.

ökologischer Ansatz, tolle und sehr herzliche Gastgeber und vor Ort Betreuung, Atmosphäre und vibes der Finca und der Umgebung, Austattung komplett, Aussenküche macht einfach nur Spass

Nette Finca für Temperaturen bis max . 30 Grad, Hochsommer ohne Klima in diesem Haus eine Qual.
Schöne Aussicht auf die Berge, dafür lange Fahrt bis zur ersten richtigen Straße.
Pool angenehm wenn dieser vernünftig gesäubert werden würde.
Lage der Finca .
Hitzestau im Innenraum der über Ventilatoren nicht beseitigt werden kann.
Unsauberer Pool , Unerfahrenheit bei hohen Temperaturen - Bakterien im Pool.
Service / Umgang der Gastgeber mit uns als Gästen bei Problemen ( Pool) .

Sehr schöne Finca, im (Hoch-)Sommer etwas warm

Sehr schöne, ländliche Finca zum Entspannen und Abschalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe war wirklich sehr sehr angenehm. Paar Haustiere dabei (2 Katzen, Gecko´s, Schildkröten :-), aber nix was uns gestört hätte. Seit 2024 mit einem schönen Pool, der auch bei den Temperaturen notwendig ist. Ohne Pool keine Abkühlung, das wäre schon schwierig.
Begrüßung durch 2 Hauskatzen muss man mögen, wenn es vorher nicht kommuniziert wird und man muss auch mit den Tieren umgehen können. Für uns kein Problem, weil auch Katzenbesitzer.
Pool muss aber auch täglich gereinigt werden, gehört dann zum Morgenprogramm.
Auch wenn ÖKO-Finca, wäre eine Lüftung /...
