The house is not rented to fitters.
In Schliersee, the rustic holiday home Oberrißglück is situated in an outbuilding, which was built in 1980 and is part of the Oberrißhof.
The property is situated on a slope, surrounded by meadows and offers a breathtaking view of the Schliersee and the mountain range on the horizon.
The apartment offers 2 rooms with double beds, which also serve as a kitchen and a dining room, as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a baby cot.
Outside you will find a furnished balcony with an amazing view of the foothills of the Alps and a private garden with furniture and a barbecue.
There is also a children's playground on the property for the little guests of the house.
Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are only 1.5 km away.
After 1.3 km or a 20-minute walk, you will find the shore of the Schliersee, where you can spend relaxing hours with your loved ones.
Experience the picturesque atmosphere of the foothills of the Alps and explore the numerous hiking trails in the surrounding area.
Please note that the apartment is part of a farm with animals.

Bed linens and towels are available.
Ski storage is possible.
The driveway to the accommodation is very steep but can be reached with a normal car on an asphalted road (up to the yard).

Der schöne alte Bauernhof liegt in fantastischer Lage oberhalb des Schliersees. Er bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge, den Ort und den Schliersee. Alle Ferienwohnungen sind blitzeblank, liebevoll dekoriert und eingerichtet. Wir haben wunderbar in den Betten geschlafen. In der Küche find...

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt oberhalb des Schliersees sehr genossen. Die steile Hanglage bescherte Ruhe vom betriebsamen Ort Schliersee bei gleichzeitig schnell erreichbarem Bahnhof, Läden und Wanderrouten (auch ohne Auto). Der Ausblick war traumhaft, ebenso wie die Nachbarschaft (Gastgeberfamilie, Kühe, Natur). Wir kamen erholt zurück und bedanken uns sehr!
