The property is located in a very quiet area just 1.5 km from the city center.
The Villa is also equipped with a comfortable outbuilding complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge.
You will also find a fantastic barbecue for your grills and a beautiful private pool surrounded by a beautiful garden of exotic palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants.
The Villa Minoa is a very comfortable structure for families and groups of up to 9 or 11 people wanting to take advantage of the outbuilding.

The bathroom is very large and spacious with every comfort and a shower.
The two double bedrooms are both equipped with additional portable bed but if necessary we can provide additional beds in the dependance or living room.
