The welcoming, family-friendly house features a dining room, a spacious kitchen with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom, accommodating 4 guests.
Additional amenities include a washing machine and a TV.
Air conditioning is available in the living room.

The beautiful sandy beach Spiaggia Le Fontanelle is just 450 m or a 6-minute walk away, perfect for sunbathing and swimming in the Adriatic Sea.
A private parking space is available 250 m away for an extra fee.

Malgré une proximité de la plage, la location a beaucoup de faiblesse. Tout d'abord les matelas sont mous et de mauvaise qualité. Il n'y a pas de four, peu de vaisselle et de verres. Pour faire la cuisine la gazinière est très vielle avec un seul bruleur fonctionnel. De plus la location peut être br...
