Just steps from a stunning sandy beach, this charming holiday apartment is located in the heart of San Foca, close to Torre dell'Orso on the Adriatic coast, and stands out for its large, relaxing outdoor space.
Situated on the first floor, the apartment features beautiful flooring, a spacious and bright living/dining room with 3 single beds, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a double bed and a single bed), a bathroom and a half-bath, and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include a washing machine and a TV. The highlight is the long, spacious balcony that wraps around the apartment.
Here, you can enjoy outdoor meals at the dining table and take in the views of the surrounding town.
End your evenings with a glass of wine under the clear, starry sky. There is also a small terrace for drying laundry and swimsuits after a day at the beach.
The home does not have air conditioning. Thanks to the apartment’s excellent location, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream shops, the historic tower, and the harbor promenade are just 100 meters from your door.
