The 2-storey finca is situated on a 7,100m² plot and has a the ground floor with a rustic living/dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, one bathroom with a shower as well as one laundry room with a washing machine.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, another bathroom with a shower and 2 small beds for children.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair.

The outdoor area has a balcony and several beautiful terraces and patios, where you can have meals together under shady trees and relax on the sun loungers overlooking the mountains.

The pool, which is secured by a door also provides refreshment on warm summer days.

A supermarket is 1.8 km or a 3-minute drive from the accommodation and the centre of Manacor with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is 3 km away. Beautiful, natural beaches such as Cala Varques Bay are about 15 km or a 30-minute drive from the property. Parking is available on the property.
