Stretching over 2 floors, the holiday home with charming decoration consists of a living room with a sofa bed and a cosy fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one with a relaxing bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 10 people.
This family-friendly property also includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine, cable television and a baby cot.
In the extensive outdoor area of the property you are sure to spend many relaxing hours.
Beneath a shady pergola, an outdoor lounge area with comfortable sofas and fluffy pillows invites you to read a newspaper in the morning with your morning cup of coffee.
A dining table adjoins this lounge area, where you can share delicious meals together in the fresh air after preparing them on the barbecue.
On the large lawn, equipped with hammocks and loungers, stretch out beneath the Spanish sun and refresh yourself in the generous swimming pool or under the outdoor showers.
This is a true holiday oasis! Due to its convenient location, a supermarket and a few restaurants are within a 5-minute walk from the property.
Further shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as museums and cultural activities can be found in the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera - about a 5-minute drive away.
Similarly, the gorgeous, sandy beach Playa de la Barrosa is only a 5-minute drive from your front door. 3 parking spaces are available on the property.

Zona Chillout.
Ubicación.
El aire acondicionado de la planta superior no generaba frío (la solución momentánea vino de un equipo portátil que hubo que ubicar en medio del baño de la planta superior lo que dificultaba el uso de éste).
Tamaño de la parrilla no coincidente con el de la barbacoa. No se podía, por tanto, utilizar...
