Just outside the popular holiday destination of Pittulongu, in the beautiful holiday complex "Belvedere", the fantastic Villetta Caron offers amazing sea views and a spacious outdoor area.
The holiday house, built of rustic stone walls, has an open living/dining room with a well-equipped kitchen with beautiful ceiling beams in light tones, 3 bedrooms with sea views as well as 2 bathrooms and can, therefore, accommodate 6 people.
It is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV.
Due to the slightly elevated position, the outdoor area offers a fantastic view of the sea.
Refresh yourself in the pool, sunbathe on the loungers and enjoy the Italian atmosphere.
The spacious outdoor sitting area invites you to enjoy delicious meals in the fresh air.
Enjoy a glass of wine while twilight sets in the background and colors the sky in romantic tones above the sea.
Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind! The nearest supermarket is 500m away and a small selection of restaurants are 1 km away and can be reached by car in 2 minutes.
The sandy beach Pittulongu is 1 km or 2 minutes away by car.
In low season please inform the owner 7 days before your arrival about the use of the pool.
Parking is available on the property.
Pets are allowed (upon request, at an extra charge).
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
If you wish to check in between 22.30 and 23.59, a fee will be charged.
You can rent a baby cot and a high chair on site for a fee.
Instructions for recycling are given and must be followed according to the laws of the municipality.

The house was more beautiful than on the pictures! It is a walking distance from the beach and has all you need for 5 people. The pool, the terrace… they make for a perfect holiday.
Most of all, everyone we met was really nice and welcoming :-)
Some smell in one bathroom, that goes away the more you use it and air it.
We love Sardinia, location good. Images show a first floor balcony?

Lage, Fernblick, Ausstattung, eigener Carport, großzügiger Garten, Gas Webergrill (dh kein Kohle schleppen), freie Parkplätze und schattiger Strand im Ort.
Vollausstattung inkl Badetücher und Strandschirm
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: die GPS Daten auf der Holidu Homepage waren ein paar Hundert Meter falsch (Selbstschutz des Vermieters?), die Info am Anreisetag war exakt, also nicht wundern.
Die Wäsche (Bett, Handtücher) wurde einmal gewechselt, aber bereits vor dem halben Aufenthalt von 2 Wochen. Aber k...
