Nestled in the beautiful landscape of central Lanzarote, Clara Suite 3 is located in the town of Conil, on the outskirts of Tías, and offers breathtaking views of the natural surroundings as well as a dreamy pool area.
As part of a residential complex with 3 holiday homes, this romantic apartment features a spacious, bright living/dining area with a well-equipped open kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating 2 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washing machine. In the shared outdoor area of the complex, you will find a large pool and a generous terrace furnished with sun loungers and a couple of tables.
Here, you can soak up the warm sun, cool off in the refreshing pool, and enjoy the stunning views of Lanzarote’s rugged mountains and volcanoes.
Stroll through the garden in the evenings and end your day with a glass of wine on the terrace. A supermarket, as well as several restaurants and bars, are just a 2-minute drive away, while a wide range of shops can be found in the center of Tías, about 7 minutes by car or 4.4 km from the property.
To explore the island’s beautiful nature, head to the golden sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen, about 15 minutes away by car, or discover the collection of natural parks on the western side of the island, just 5 minutes away by car. Immerse yourselves in the unique and impressive nature of Lanzarote’s volcanoes, countryside, and sandy beaches. Free street parking is available next to the property.

Muy buena ubicación, a pocos minutos de cualquier parte de la isla. La casa es grande para dos personas. Estuvimos muy cómodos. El salón es grande y la cocina equipada con todo.
