Quietly nestled in south of Lanzarote in the village Las Breñas, the modern Casa Margarita boasts gorgeous views of the sea and the Montañas del Fuego as well as a great outdoor area.
The holiday villa consists of a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with a sofa bed and a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite television, a dishwasher, and a barbecue as well as a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair, making this property ideal for families.
The outdoor area has everything your heart could desire and ensures a maximum level of privacy for your holiday relaxation: a large terrace with a shady seating area and sun loungers, a generous pool that invites you to refresh yourself after sunbathing, and a beautifully landscaped garden with lava rocks and palm trees, where you can stroll during the colorful sunsets and peer out over the mountains and the sea on the horizon.
While there are a few restaurants close by in Las Breñas, the lively area of Playa Blanca, with its large array of shops, restaurants, cafes and assorted activities, is only about a 10-minute drive from the property.
The golden, sandy beach of Playa Blanca is 10 km or a 14-minute drive away. Parking spaces are available on the property.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
The pool can be heated upon negotiation with the homeowner (please contact the owner in advance).

The villa is fantastic, a great size even for multi family vacations , the host Aremeta is amazing and can't do enough for you ,
The pool is a great size and thr pool guy is out regular to maintain,
Lots of sunny areas and shade so you can get comfortable without hiding under a sun brolly
Great facilities, well stocked, good air-conditioning,
The villa is in a great location in las brenàs however if you have not been before you will need a car as it is a 5 - 10 min drive into Playa Blanca,
The area is also elevated so gets a lovely breeze most of the time , on a windy day though it means it can be a bit more exposed, the villa has a gre...

Fantastic villa, very clean. Lovely owners who made us feel very welcome. Lovely views and only a 10 minute drive away from Playa Blanca. I would recommend this villa to anyone. Lovely pool with large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. We stayed a week but wish we could have stayed longer.
