Located in Costa de la Calma, the stunning, state-of-the-art Casa Blanca En Bella Vista combines contemporary architecture with luxurious comfort.
Sleeping 8 guests, the large villa features an elegantly decorated living-dining room with fine artwork, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (each with its own TV), 4 bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, Bose sound system, fireplace, satellite TV, baby bed, and high chair.
Total relaxation: private infinity pool with sea view, illuminated jacuzzi, sauna, and a wellness terrace with fitness equipment and loungers under a shade sail, plus a ping-pong table for fun evenings. For guests, 2 premium e-mountain bikes are included free of charge, perfect for exploring the hills and coastal trails around the villa.
Just a 4-minute walk below the house you'll find a small chiringuito right by the sea with really good food, ideal for arrival day or a sundowner.
Shops, restaurants, and bars are within 1 km, and two beautiful bays with crystal-clear water are only 300 m away. Perfect for friends (BBQ and fun together, with everyone having their own retreat), families (practical and wonderfully relaxing), sports enthusiasts (great cycling and training, then jacuzzi and sauna to unwind), and work groups (ideal for workshops with a sea view). Tip: staying a few nights longer really pays off. Unique in winter too: the villa enjoys sun all day long, and with its fireplace and underfloor heating it stays wonderfully cozy - lying on the terrace in January is normal here. Parking for several cars on the property.
Pets are allowed on request for an extra fee. Bed linen and towels are included.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are used for up to 8 guests. Extra services such as daily grocery shopping, daily cleaning, and a personal caretaker service are available on request via the booking platform. Heated pool: 8 × 4 m, 1.7 m deep. Outdoor pool: 7 × 4 m, 1.7 m deep.

Relaxing on the deck or in the apartment. The area is quiet but only a 15 minute walk to the shops.
