In Cala d'Or, in the south of Mallorca, you will find the beautiful Villa Costa Eugenia, built in a contemporary style that offers maximum luxury and comfort.
This modern three-storey holiday home features a bright living-dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Please note that the bedroom and bathroom in the basement are not available to guests, as the property can accommodate a maximum of six people.
For this reason, you will use the bedrooms on the ground floor and the upper floor.
The villa also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair.
Outside, you will find a partially covered terrace with a seating area where you can dine together and enjoy meals prepared on the barbecue.
From here, you have access to the private 24.5 m² pool, equipped with sun loungers.
In addition, you can relax in the sun on the balcony or on the rooftop terrace, which features lounge furniture and a ping-pong table.
A selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is 800 metres, or a 10-minute walk, away, and the nearest bay, Caló d'es Pou, is 1 km, or a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. Parking is available on the street. Before check-in, and together with the local administrative fee, you must pay a tourist tax in accordance with local regulations.
A security deposit applies, which must be handled via a secure online platform before check-in. The local team will contact you to arrange these procedures.

Das Haus war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet, Zimmer sind großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Das Bellen der Hunde am frühen Morgen, dauerhaft über mehrere Stunden.
Deutsche Nachbarn, die dort dauerhaft leben und rumschreien, wenn man einen Abend mit netten Gesprächen und Lachen auf der Terrasse verbringt oder Kinder die in den Pool springen, anschreien. 😡

The home has great attention to detail, easy to use, and all the basic appliances and accessories that you will find here. Three spacious bedrooms, great outdoor dining and patio. Located in the right spot. 10-15 from the hot spots, but quiet neighborhood. 2nd home feeling. I’d come back to this vrbo in heart beat. Nicely done by the owner!

A cute, quiet neighborhood very close to Old Town! The backyard truly was a wonderful getaway and we loved the privacy provided by this home. We would happily come back again and all questions were responded to incredibly quickly. Highly recommend!
