With its ideal location in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, the cosy apartment Barranco Seco promises relaxing holidays with its proximity to both charming city life and the stunning beauty of one of Lanzarote’s most popular beaches.
The holiday apartment is situated in a complex painted in the characteristic white color of Lanzarote’s buildings and is composed of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a pass-through, 2 bedrooms (one with two single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include cable television, and a coffee machine.
The highlight of the property is the outdoor area, which includes a private, covered terrace - perfect for sharing fresh meals together in the colorful evenings - as well as the large communal pool and terrace of the apartment complex.
This is the perfect place to relax on the sun loungers and soak up the sunshine! Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate vicinity - the closest supermarket is just a 1-minute walk or 110 m away - while the beautiful beach Playa de los Pocillos is only 800 m or a 10-minute walk from the property.
Here guests can stretch out on the golden sands and absorb the sound of waves rolling onto the beach.
Street parking is available.

Stayed with 3 friends . Great apartment , great location , pubs , shops n restaurants close by and beach a 5 min walk away . Host “santiago” very helpful and would stay here again .
