Located in Canyamel, a small town on the east coast of the Balearic Islands, apartment Sa Torre 301 is part of a 4-story apartment complex with 22 units which shares an outside area and pool.
It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people (ideal for children due to its size), a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom (with a king-size bed consisting of 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can, therefore, accommodate 4 people.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, satellite TV with international programs, a baby bed and a high chair.
From the living room, you can step out onto a private, covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture.
Here you can dine together in the fresh air or end the evening with a glass of wine.
In the communal outdoor area, which has sunbeds with sunshades, a barbecue and a shared pool with children's pool, the stress of everyday life is quickly forgotten.
A laundry room is available for guests on the ground floor.
A supermarket is 260 meters from the accommodation and a selection of restaurants are within 100 meters.
Those who long for an expansive sandy beach with crystal clear water will find Playa de Canyamel after only 250 m or a short walk.

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour dans cette résidence de tourisme. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. L'appartement fonctionnel et propre. La résidence est située à 100m de la plage. Canyamel est une station balnéaire paisible. Tout pour plaire à des vacanciers qui recherchent le calme et la tranquilité.
