In a beautiful, idyllic residential area of Alcúdia, in Los Lagos in Puerto de Alcúdia, lies the beautifully decorated holiday apartment Rosmar.
It is part of an apartment complex and shares both the large outdoor area and the pool with the guests of the other apartments.
The bright and modern furnished accommodation has a living room with modern interior, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people with the possibility to welcome one additional guest for a max of 5 guests.
Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby bed and a high chair.
Outside there is a furnished terrace where you can relax under the Spanish sun and enjoy your meals together with a glass of wine in the open air.
In the shared community area and pool you can leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 600 m or an 8-minute walk away and the closest beach, Playa de Alcúdia, is 700 m or a short walk away from the property.
Parking is available on the street.
Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
Pets are allowed.

Het huis lag op een mooie vrij rustige omgeving in een woonwijk. Dichtbij belangrijke locaties
Geen wifi, balustrade gevaarlijk, brokkelt af, vooral voor kleine kinderen moet je hierbij oppassen. Wat achterstallig onderhoud, deurklink los, waterkoker moest je vasthouden bij de knop tijdens koken.
Wunderschön, mittendrin und doch absolut ruhig.

Fussläufig zum Strand, mit tollem Garten und einem sehr ruhigen Gemeinschaftspool - für uns ideal mit kleinen Kindern! Sehr sauber und tolle Gastgeber, die uns herzlich empfangen haben und jederzeit erreichbar waren. Wir werden wiederkommen!
