Villa Mar y Roca is situated on a hill with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea and can accommodate 4 people.
The holiday home has a light-flooded living room with characteristic, dark wood ceiling beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Further amenities include Wi-Fi, fans and a television.
The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area, which enchants guests with a 28 m² pool, that invites visitors to relax under the Spanish sun, as well as a georgeous dining area with a view of the sea.
Here you can quickly forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing holiday! A selection of restaurants can be reached after 300 m or 5 minutes on foot and the closest, larger supermarket is 1.7 km away.
The white, sandy beach Cala Binibequer awaits visitors just 650 m or a 9--minute walk from the property.
Parking is available on the street.
There is a baby cot available free of charge, and a high chair for a fee.
A second baby cot is available if requested, for a fee.
