Just outside the famous resort of Pittulongu, in the Belvedere complex, you'll find Villetta Nicola—a beautiful villa with sea views and a spacious outdoor area that leaves nothing to be desired.
The holiday home features a comfortable living room with exposed beams, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one en suite), accommodating up to 6 guests.
The villa offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The highlight is the fantastic outdoor area, complete with a private pool and a covered terrace—perfect for dining together.
The large barbecue lets you prepare meals outdoors.
Enjoy views of the sparkling turquoise sea and relax away from daily stress.
The nearest supermarket is about 500 meters away, and a small selection of restaurants is around 1 km, easily reached by car. The sandy Pittulongu beach is about 1.1 km away or a 2-minute drive. Parking is available on the property.

We stayed here for 5 nights - and loved the house.It’s well stocked and spacious with quality fixtures & fittings.The outside space is compact but comfortably room for 6 loungers and a lovely dining area with views to the sea beyond.
