Villa Belvedere Nisporto is situated in a fantastic location with a panoramic view of the Bay of Nisporto.
It accommodates 5 people on 2 floors.
The small villa has a cosy living and dining room with a well-equipped, modern kitchen and a sofa bed, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The apartment also includes air conditioning and a television.
Outside you will find a beautiful terrace equipped for lunch with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea that promises relaxing holidays.
Enjoy a meal together on the terrace and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.
Just 150m away you will find the pebbled Beach of Nisporto, with bar, restaurant on the sea and possibility to hire sun loungers and parasols.
There is also a minimarket at about 400 m.
Rio Marina is the closest port and it's about 10 Km from Nisporto.
The other landmark is Portoferraio, that is 16 Km away.
Private parking is available in front of the property.
Pets are not allowed.
Discounts for Toremar and the Moby ferry are possible.

Wunderschöne Lage, netteste Gastgeberin, herrliche Terrasse und Aussicht.
Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen, das Haus war sehr sauber und sogar frisches Obst erwartete uns.
Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Wir haben wunderbare Tage an der Bucht mit Schwimmen, Schnorcheln und Klettern entlang der kleinen Felsen verbracht.
Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Herausforderung, nach Möglichkeit mit einem schlanken Auto anreisen. :-)
