It is located in the popular holiday resort Cala Ratjada and provides the ideal base for a relaxing and multifaceted holiday.
The holiday home has a spacious, air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped, modern kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them is independant from the house, next to the pool) and can accommodate 6 people.
It is possible to put up an extra bed for another person in the large bedroom.
The comfortably furnished accommodation also features Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and heating in all rooms.
The outside area with a covered terrace with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and a 24 m² pool with sun loungers leaves nothing to be desired.
Enjoy the top location, rent bicycles (2 bicycles are available) and explore the surroundings.
Thanks to the central location of Casa Bona Mar, you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés within a few minutes' walk.
The nearest sandy beach, Son Moll, is only 300 m away and can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
The minimum age for guests is 30 years (except children accompanied by their parents).
Parties are not allowed.
The house is located in a quiet residential area, which is why it should be quiet after 11 pm.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Please note that parties, loud events, and any form of disruptive gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property.
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay.
If neighbors report excessive noise or if authorities are called due to disturbances, guests may be required to vacate the property immediately, without a refund.
We kindly ask all visitors to respect the house rules and help maintain the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

De hartelijke ontvangst, er was niets te veel. Je kon altijd ergens in de schaduw of de zon zitten. Mooi zwembad. Aan alles is gedacht en allemaal mooi verzorgd en onderhouden!
Was niet duidelijk dat er achteraf nog diende te worden bijbetaald voor elektriciteitsverbruik. Maar waarschijnlijk hebben we dit niet goed nagelezen.

Das Haus mit Pool war super für die Kinder und der Strand ist zu Fuß maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor der Tür und Restaurants sind auch viele zu Fuß erreichbar.
Sehr freundliches Ehepaar mit top Service und einem schönen Haus!
