In the south-east of the island, not far from the sea, in the small harbour town of Portocolom lies the Casa Can Fiol with a capacity for 8 people.
The town house delights you with an outdoor area full of Mediterranean plants, which promises a relaxing holiday.
This elegant holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and fitness equipment to ensure a multifaceted holiday.
In the picturesque outdoor area you will find a covered terrace with garden furniture, a covered barbecue area, a pool and a hammock that invites you to relax and unwind between palm trees.
A table tennis table is also available.
In this small oasis with many places to sit and relax in the shade or sun you can spend a wonderful time-out in the immediate vicinity of numerous amenities: The town centre with shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is only a 5-minutes' walk away and the nearest beach, Cala Marçal, is only 1.7 km away and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
Pets are allowed (on request).
Groups of guests under 25 years of age are not allowed in the house.
It is not allowed to celebrate any kind of event (parties, birthdays, bachelor parties).
Bicycle rental service is available at the property upon request. - Bikes provided Payment 35,00 € per day

The house was well equipped with high quality furniture, amenities, and good spacious rooms. The pool is really nice and there are lots of places to sit outside.

Schon der erste Kontakt war sehr freundlich, der Vermieter ist zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilft auch bei Fragen zu Ausflugszielen u.a. Die Finca ist sehr sauber, geräumig, klimatisiert und noch schöner als auf den Bildern erwartet. Der Pool punktet ebenso, wie der restliche Außenbereich. Immer wieder gerne und definitiv zu empfehlen. Muchas gracias, Esteve!
