The house is located just behind Club Nàutic S'Arenal, a short walk from the famous S'Arenal beach, in a quiet neighborhood.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom and a bathroom adapted for wheelchairs, as well as a private garage, gym, and sauna.
The first floor features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and three bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, another with a double bed, and one with a trundle bed for two. These last two bedrooms share a private bathroom.
On the second floor, there are four more bedrooms: two with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, one with two single beds, and another with a trundle bed. The last two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. There is Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV and streaming, three cots, and two high chairs for children.
The house offers a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue area, a ping-pong table, and a fenced pool.
There is also a furnished terrace on the first floor with fantastic sea views.
The main bedrooms on the second floor also have terraces with stunning views. Shops, restaurants, and S'Arenal beach are just a 5-minute walk away. Rules: - Groups under 30 years old are not allowed (unless traveling with family). No parties, loud noise, or music after 10 p.m. - Do not use our towels at the beach. - All lights and air conditioning must be turned off when leaving the house. - Please empty the trash regularly. - No pets or smoking indoors. - Pool maintenance staff comes every Wednesday around 3 p.m. This does not include cleaning the house, terrace, or barbecue.

We enjoyed staying at the villa, sitting on the terraces overlooking the pool with a view of the sea and beach. Bathrooms were great, air conditioning worked very efficiently. Villa was well equipped. Host was extremely helpful, bringing a brand new coffee machine very promptly when the old one didn’t work. The location was very convenient for the beautiful beach, shops and bars.
Die Villa und der Zustand sind ein absoluter Traum.
