The Maxi House holiday home, ideal for families, is located in a quiet resort complex just a few minutes from the center of Desenzano del Garda.
Spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to 8 people.
It consists of a three-room apartment on the first floor with a shared balcony and two private balconies, as well as an attic connected by an internal staircase.
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms (one double and one with a bunk bed and a single bed), a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Upstairs, accessible via a narrow and steep internal staircase, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, and a second kitchen.
The house features two private balconies and a shared balcony at the entrance.
Each room is air-conditioned and Wi-Fi, TV, and fans are available.
The beach can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot, while the nearest supermarket is only 150 meters away.
Nearby you will find restaurants, bars, and nightclubs.
Parking is available on the street.
