In a new development near the centre of Conil de la Frontera, this child-friendly holiday home is located on the first floor of an apartment complex (with lift) and offers space for 4 holidaymakers.
The modern, high-quality furnished and fully air-conditioned apartment has a spacious living-dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms.
Other facilities include satellite TV and a cot.
The huge, furnished and covered balcony with a view into the inner courtyard of the complex promises relaxing hours outdoors.
There is also a pool with sunbathing lawn, outdoor showers, a children's playground and a tennis court, which are shared with other residents of the complex. There is public parking on the streets. Pets are not allowed. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
