The natural stone villa Son del Rio Vell is situated between the village Pollença and the coastal town of Port de Pollença in a quiet location immersed in a small forest.

It is the ideal place for all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquillity that these surroundings offer.

The charming, rustic farmhouse has a living-room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

There is also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair at your disposal.

In the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue you can enjoy your meals alfresco and relax and unwind.

Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach in the bay of Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity for a fee. Parties and events are not allowed. The owner lives in the back townhome and will be happy to meet you and will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Wake up to the sound of goat bells, to the sunrise over the mountains, to a dip in the huge private pool. It cannot be understated how beautiful the location is. We stayed as a couple with a dog which is a little pricey per person for sure. But our dog had his best life. We did visit dog beaches a...

I agree with some other reviews that the house interior is a little rustic and not exactly modern. The approach road is probably not for the timid. It’s nowhere near any services. But this is not in any way something we “did not enjoy”.
