The natural stone villa Son del Rio Vell is situated between the village Pollença and the coastal town of Port de Pollença in a quiet location immersed in a small forest.
It is the ideal place for all those who want to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy the tranquillity that these surroundings offer.
The charming, rustic farmhouse has a living-room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
There is also Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair at your disposal.
In the picturesque outdoor area with a covered terrace, a pool and a barbecue you can enjoy your meals alfresco and relax and unwind.
Shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés are 5 km away in Port de Pollença and can be reached within 15 minutes by car. The sandy beach in the bay of Pollença can be reached in 10 minutes by car. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed (on request). Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity for a fee. Parties and events are not allowed. The owner lives in the back townhome and will be happy to meet you and will be available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Die Finca hebt sich gut von den vielen Neubauten, die einfach auf einem Acker stehen, ab. Ein alter Baumbestand, unter dem man gut Schatten findet und eine Finca, die mit viel Liebe und alten Baumaterialien authentisch erbaut wurde. Dazu ein toller Ausblick von einer kleinen Anhöhe über die Bucht vo...
Man muss wissen, dass das Trinkwasser auf Mallorca und im Raum Pollenca sehr Kalziumhaltig ist. D.h. zum Zähneputzen sollte man Wasser aus dem Supermarkt kaufen.
Bei 6 Personen sind Besteck und Teller etwas knapp bemessen (etwa jeweils 9 Teile) - so dass es - sofern man nicht gleich abwäscht - ggf....
