The spacious holiday home has a living room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms downstairs have A/C), 2 bathrooms as well as a hobby room with fitness equipment, a table tennis table and board games.

Facilities of the typical Majorcan villa also include Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, a satellite TV, a baby cot, a high chair and 4 parking spots.

The spacious outdoor area shaded by palm trees, invites you to spend relaxing days outdoors with its barbecue, large saltwater pool, sun loungers and several seats both in the sun and shade.
