ESCAPE TO YOUR DREAM HOLIDAY!!! Gennadi Serenity House -beachfront Villa is a spacious independent seafront villa in front of a beautiful and quiet, almost private beach in the peaceful area of Gennadi in Southeast Rhodes.
Ideal for couples, family and friends who want to enjoy summer life next to the beach in one of the most beautiful locations in the Southeast of Rhodes.
The villa was created with taste featuring sunny and airy rooms.The interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with comfort and luxury.
The villa can accommodate up to 7 people, in 2 separate bedrooms fully air conditioned.
One bedroom with a king-size double bed, a second bedroom with two big single beds and a very big sofa in the living room which can be turned into a double bed.
There's also a baby cot available and a fold-out bed which can be set up in one of the bedrooms or in the living room.
Inside the villa has an open -plan living design that provides a bright, airy, sunny environment.
This area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa-bed, a dining area and a sitting area with a flat screen TV.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (including refrigerator/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and all necessary small and large electrical appliances) for preparing any meals you want.
The bathroom consists of a WC, a large shower cabin and a washing machine.
Of course we offer all essential toiletries and towels for your stay.
In addition, the villa benefits from 3 air-conditioning units which are included in the price.
Outdoors, the villa features a large private garden with a newly constructed private swimming pool, sun beds and parasols, a shady pavillion, BBQ facilities, outdoor seating areas and private parking.
It also has a fantastic, seafront, private balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax overlooking the Mediterranean Sea! Weekly housekeeping with change of linens is included in the cost of your stay, as well as a welcome pack including wine and traditional Rhodian treats and 24 hour guest support.
Gennadi is a tranquil area in South Rhodes in the Dodecanese Region of Greece, with a very beautiful landscape and the best pebbled beach in Rhodes.
Gennadi Beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag, certifying its excellent waters.
Many traditional tavernas can be found at 800 metres away in the village and on the central beach and a great beach bar a little further.
There is also a pharmacy next to the local medical centre on the main road just 300 metres away from the villa.
The property is located 65 km from Diagoras airport and Rhodes city centre.
Famous Lindos is only a 20-minute drive away.

The villa stands in one of the best locations for miles around. It is only 90m away from an almost private beach where you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing with hardly any people around. The whole property enjoys a fine view of the sea that is uninterrupted and has sunshine on the pool all day. It also enjoys a lovely climate, even into late October, when the sea is still warm for swimming. The blue flag main beach of Gennadi is a several km of open, crowd free sandy and pebble beach with crystal-clear warm water. It is only a two-minute drive from the villa. There are several good beach tavernas serving excellent grilled food and cheap beer. 20 minutes drive away is the water sports paradise of Prassonissi Beach, which is popular with wind and kite surfers. 4km away at Kiotari there are lovely sandy beaches with glass bottomed boat rides and other beach facilities including some great chill out bars. Travel: Rhodes, Diagoras Airport is the island's airport and is about 60km away, roughly an hour's drive. It is possible to hire a taxi at the airport to get to Gennadi and this costs around 80 euros. Buses are also available. But we would recommend hiring a car to allow flexibility in getting around to see the local attractions. Distances: Gennadi village is about one minute by car, or about 10-15 minutes on foot. Beautiful Lindos with its Acropolis and medieval castle is about 20km and Rhodes old town world heritage site is about 65km. Nearby there are the traditional villages of Vati, Lahania, Lardos and Pefkos. About a 20 minute drive away is the renowned water sports beach of Prassonissi, which has excellent wind surfing and kite surfing facilities due to the prevailing breezes. In Gennadi itself there are numerous bars, tavernas, shops, a cash point, pharmacy, a bus stop and internet cafes, in fact pretty much everything you need is here. The local bakery provides fresh bread and delicious cakes daily, while the green grocer sells wonderful fresh salad, fruit and vegetables. There is also an excellent small supermarket and a quaint village church, St. John Theologos. On the main beach there are several tavernas offering a good selection of local and international dishes, or you can just pop in for a quick coffee or a beer. The village itself has several good eateries including Big Mama’s kitchen, which is very friendly and serves excellent food. Further afield on the West coast, the castle of Monolithos perched on a rock over some steep cliffs is atmospheric and well worth a visit. The drive up the Western coast is lovely and you can also visit the ruined castle of Kastello near Kritinia.
