In the popular resort of Marina di Campo you can rent this large apartment on the first floor of a farmhouse for up to 9 people.
It is only a few minutes away from the beautiful sandy beach (1500 m) and the city centre, which is known as a lively tourist centre with all its services and entertainment possibilities (also accessible by bicycle). Functionally furnished, the four-room apartment Casa Lucia consists of: independent entrance on the first floor with large furnished terrace, a large eat-in kitchen, 1 double room, 2 triple rooms, 1 double room and 2 bathrooms with shower.
On the property there are green areas, a barbecue area and a parking lot. The apartment is ideal for groups of friends and large families considering the size and layout of the house - on the ground floor there is a studio apartment with 2 beds, which can be rented additionally. Pets are allowed on request and at extra charge. Bed linen and towels are not available. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person

Tanto spazio a disposizione sia per le persone che per le auto. Tranquilla casa pulitissima. Possibile fare belle grigliate. Vicino al centro. Consigliata.

Haustierfreundlich: jaBlick aufs Meer: neinsauberes Zimmer: jaEs ist eine etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung mit einigen Mängeln ( Wasserdruck - nicht vorhanden, Toaster - nicht vorhanden, etc.) Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist nicht in den angegebenen Minuten zu schaffen. Nachbarschaft ist mit sehr lautem Hundegebell eher nervend.
