In a quiet, well-maintained villa complex, consisting of 7 luxury villas, is the Villa Finesse with a capacity for 6 people.
Charmingly built in a modern yet Menorcan design, the villa is located directly on the top of a hill in Torre Soli Nou and offers a magnificent view over the Mediterranean landscape.
The villa is equipped with high-quality furniture and has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen.
Further amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a television.
Parking spaces are available on the street.
The garden with a large, private pool and the partially covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue invite you to a relaxing holiday.
Together with other guests of the villa complex you share a children's playground, which is only a few steps away from the house.
Restaurants and shopping facilities are within 12 minutes walking distance.
The sandy beach Son Bou is less than 2 km away. For bookings during the low season, please note that from November to May the complementary offer in the area may be reduced.
There is no public transport service. A baby cot with bed linen and a high chair are available upon request and for an extra fee. This can be paid at reception upon arrival.
The ecotax must be paid upon check-in.

Très jolie résidence., maison et jardin très agréables. Mais énormes problèmes d’humidité à l’intérieur de la maison. Traces et odeur de moisissures un petit peu partout dans la maison. Nombreuses fissures intérieures et extérieures. Elle est tellement jolie qu’il est regrettable de la laisser s’abîmer comme cela.

On a apprécié le salon, la tranquillité et le jardin piscine. Pas de voiture qui passe. Le Lave vaisselle et lave linge.
Pas d'eau chaude à la cuisine. La baignoire jacuzzi ne gardait pas l'eau et les boutons des jets défectueux
