Snowater Condo #38 - A great mountain retreat! This deluxe 2-story, 2-bedroom, townhouse style condo is a wonderful mountain retreat! The 1st floor features one bedroom with 2-sets of bunk beds, a 1/2- bath, a fully equipped galley style kitchen, an open living/dining area with a gas fireplace, and a nice little balcony.
The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with 1-king bed,1-full bath, and a laundry cubby.
This vacation property will sleep up to 6-persons (enforced Maximum Occupancy).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.
At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round.
Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center.
There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room.
The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river.
Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt.
Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
No Pets/ Non Smoking/ No Wi-fi If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

We came to Mt. Baker for spring skiing and found this property and the amenities at Snowater to be perfect. Our two sons (9 & 12) loved swimming, playing pingpong, pool and darts in the evenings after skiing. I recommend this space for families and we are already planning for a visit in 2024.

Rating reflects overall evaluation of property. Wifi was difficult (mostly didn't work) and the place smelled like mildew. Even so, would likely stay here again given there aren't many options in this area. This property worked fine for a bunch of guys taking an avalanche course for the weekend. Communication with property management was prompt and pleasant. Thank you!
