Tastefully furnished, bright ground floor flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large, sun-drenched terrace with south orientation is located next to the beautiful golf course of Rio Real. Great location close to the beach, Marbella and many hotspots, also ideal for golfers!
The flat is only a short walk from the wide beaches
beaches and the famous beach restaurant Trocadero, only a 10 minute bus ride
bus ride (bus stop is 5 minutes walk away) from the centre of Marbella
and 40 minutes from Málaga airport. The large shopping centre La
Cañada shopping centre is less than 15 minutes away by car. In the fashionable harbour
harbour of Puerto Banus, which is less than 15 minutes away, you can enjoy a
variety of events and a lively nightlife.
ATTENTION: Due to the drought in recent months, it is forbidden to fill up swimming pools throughout Andalusia. Therefore, the communal pool is closed until further notice.

es ist komplett eingerichtet,

tolle Anlage auch der Pool Top Sehr Freundliche ansprechperson direct vor Ort. 3min mit dem Auto zum Strand. Auch mit den Eigentümern sehr netter Kontakt Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr schöner Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen Mit freundlichen Grüßen J. M.

Die Qualität und der Umfang aller in der Wohnung vorhandener Gegenstände von Gefrierschrank bis beispielsweise Kissen auf der großzügigen Terrasse.
