Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace, garden furniture. 1 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "REHA Zentrum Gröbming" 2 km, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6.5 km, bathing lake "Aich" 6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 3 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, ski lift 12 km, gondola lift 16 km, cross country ski track 3.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 15 km.
